mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">本儀器是根據(jù)GB1682 "Times New Roman"">國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計的，各項技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合HG 2-162-1965 "Times New Roman"">塑料低溫沖擊壓縮試驗方法和GB5470-2008 "Times New Roman"">塑料沖擊脆化溫度試驗方法等國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。用于測定材料在規(guī)定條件下試樣受沖擊出現(xiàn)破壞時的溫度，即為脆性溫度，可以對塑料及其他彈性材料在低溫條件下的使用性能作比較性鑒定?？梢詼y定不同橡膠材料或不同配方的硫化橡膠的脆性溫度和低溫性能的優(yōu)劣。因此無論在科學(xué)研究材料及其制品的質(zhì)量檢驗，生產(chǎn)過程的控制等方面均是不可缺少的。

1、試驗溫度及時間：-80 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">度（正常1 "Times New Roman"">個多小時）降溫時間短，無需水冷卻，更環(huán)保。

2、沖擊速度：2m/s mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±0.2m/s

3.1 升降夾持器

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">升降夾持器由帶有夾持器的氣缸和氣缸座組成。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">從試樣受沖擊部位，到夾持器下端的距離為11.0 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±0.5mm "Times New Roman"">，如圖1所示。

3.2沖擊裝置

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">沖擊裝置由沖擊器和沖擊氣缸組成。

3.3沖擊器

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">沖擊器頭部形狀和尺寸如圖2 "Times New Roman"">所示。沖擊器的重量為200 "Times New Roman"">±20g，其工作行程為40 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±1mm "Times New Roman"">。沖擊氣缸在復(fù)位狀態(tài)下，沖擊器端部到試樣的距離為25 "Times New Roman"">±1mm。

3.4冷凍介質(zhì)：工業(yè)乙醇

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">四、橡膠低溫脆性測定儀使用方法：

4.1接通電源，溫控儀和計時器顯示燈亮。

4.2向冷井中注入冷凍介質(zhì)（一般為工業(yè)乙醇），其注入量應(yīng)保證夾持器的下端到液面的距離為75 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±10mm "Times New Roman"">。

4.3將試樣垂直夾在夾持器上（如圖1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">）。夾的不宜過緊或過松，以防止試樣變形或脫落。

4.4按下夾持器，開始冷凍試樣，同時啟動時序控制開關(guān)（或按動秒表）計時。試樣冷凍時間規(guī)定為3.0 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±0.5min "Times New Roman"">。試樣冷凍期間，冷凍介質(zhì)溫度波動不得超過±1 "Times New Roman"">℃。

4.5提起升降夾持器，使沖擊器在半秒鐘內(nèi)沖擊試樣。

4.6取下試樣，將試樣按沖擊方向彎曲成180 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">°，仔細(xì)觀察有無破壞。

4.7試樣經(jīng)沖擊后（每個試樣只準(zhǔn)沖擊一次），如出現(xiàn)破壞時，應(yīng)提高冷凍介質(zhì)的溫度，否則降低其溫度，繼續(xù)進(jìn)行試驗。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">通過反復(fù)試驗，確定至少有兩個試樣不破壞的最低溫度和至少一個試樣破壞的最高溫度，如這兩個結(jié)果相差不大于1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">℃時，即試驗結(jié)束。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">五、試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

5.1規(guī)格

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">試樣的長為25.0 "Times New Roman"">±0.5mm，寬為6.0 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±0.5mm "Times New Roman"">，厚為2.0±0.3mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

5.2要求

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">試樣的表面應(yīng)光滑，無外來雜質(zhì)及損傷。成品應(yīng)經(jīng)打磨后裁制成相應(yīng)尺寸。

6.1氣缸壓力在出廠前已調(diào)節(jié)好，不能任意變動。
