mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">依據(jù)GB/T 1728-89 "Times New Roman"">設(shè)計(jì)制造。在規(guī)定的干燥條件下，表層膜干時(shí)間為表干時(shí)間。全部形成固體涂膜的時(shí)間為實(shí)際干燥時(shí)間，以小時(shí)計(jì)。適用于涂膜、膩?zhàn)幽?shí)際干燥時(shí)間測定。

1、砝碼總重量200 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±0.2g "Times New Roman"">，底面積為1平方厘米

2、秒表、脫脂棉、濾紙、鑷子( mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">自備)

3、試驗(yàn)必須在溫度23 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±2 "Times New Roman"">℃，相對濕度50 "Times New Roman"">±5%進(jìn)行。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">三、漆膜干燥時(shí)間測定器使用作漆膜實(shí)際干燥時(shí)間測定：

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">涂在適當(dāng)表面上的油漆試樣從流體層變成漆膜之物理化學(xué)過程，謂之干燥。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">干燥過程分為二個(gè)主要階段：

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">所涂試樣表面上，形成微薄的漆膜時(shí)，謂之表面干燥。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">所涂油漆全部厚度都結(jié)成漆膜時(shí)，謂之實(shí)際干燥。

1、設(shè)備和用具

a、干燥時(shí)間試驗(yàn)器

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">包括砝碼一個(gè)，總重200 "Times New Roman"">±0.2克，底面積為1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">平方厘米。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">脫脂棉一包

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">鑷子一個(gè)

b、秒表

c、玻璃板（9 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">×12 "Times New Roman"">厘米），或除去鍍錫和鐵渣的白鋼薄板（9 "Times New Roman"">×12厘米），或是鉛板（5 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">×14 "Times New Roman"">厘米）

d、室溫干燥箱

2、操作和使用步驟：

a、試驗(yàn)前準(zhǔn)備工作：

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">調(diào)整砝碼重量，使之達(dá)到要求：

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">把脫脂棉做成1 "Times New Roman"">立方厘米疏松的棉球。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">按照產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定的技術(shù)條件制備樣板并做完表面干燥的測定，然后再將樣板置于干燥箱里（照操作規(guī)程）進(jìn)行干燥。

b、按照產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定的實(shí)際干燥時(shí)間，取出按干燥情況每隔若干時(shí)間試驗(yàn)其干燥程度。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">試驗(yàn)時(shí)在漆膜表面上放一棉球，在棉球上輕輕放上油漆干燥試驗(yàn)砝碼，并同時(shí)開動秒表，經(jīng)30 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">秒后，將砝碼和棉球拿掉，漆膜上若不遺留棉球痕跡，即達(dá)到了實(shí)際干燥程度。
